We provide various digital services, including but not limited to Website Design, App Development, Branding, and Digital Marketing. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Payment Terms
- Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit before work commences.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before the final handover of assets or "go-live".
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights for the specific creative work produced (e.g., logo files, website code). Suvaansh Group retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Suvaansh Group Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific rankings or conversion rates as these are subject to external market factors.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Adelaide.
